Who we are
YOUNG BUT EXPERIENCED
With recent positions in major broking and recovery companies, there are few secrets that we don’t know about when it comes to cargo transport insurance and recovery claims.
Although we are based in France, we have extensive knowledge in other key shipping jurisdictions and will use our proven carrier’s network to best serve your interests.
How we do it
WE CARE
We do not handle 1.000 cases per year and hence we truly care about every single file we deal with. Curiosity is the key to our success; a deep understanding of each case is required to achieve the best results.
Your file will be managed by one single and experienced claim handler from the very beginning to the very end. Cases are never re-assigned along the way, thereby also avoiding any complications that come with doing so.
Our engagement towards the future
The IPCC is clear: 70% of the climate change is the consequence of us burning fossil fuels. In France the transport industry and the heating of homes and offices are key factors in generating emissions. Since we believe that the time has come to tackle what might be this century’s challenge, we are proud to implement the following:
- Credit Coopératif, the right banking partner: not one single euro is invested in fossil fuel projects.
- Planes are avoided at all costs and green modes of transport such as bikes and trains are always preferred.
- Playing with the thermostat is only a plan B – we have no issue with wearing a sweater.
- In collaboration with Reforst’Action, one tree will be planted for each file settled.
